Blessings Of strong faith always!  Prayer requests?

Joshua 24:16-17, “and the people answered and said, “Far be it from us that we should forsake The Lord to serve other gods; for The Lord our God is He who brought us and our fathers up out of the land of Egypt from the house of bondage … “

On a recent trip to the Historical Triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown in Virginia, I was impressed with the tenacity of the early settlers to speak and live God’s truth in the midst of the vast unknown of the New World.  Not insufferable physical surroundings, grave illness, death of loved ones, severe famine, extreme drought, mortal enemies, greed, manipulation or deception deterred their faith in God and His Divine Providence.

Dear Christian, why do we react with fear and hopelessness at recent Supreme Court decisions?  God is still in control and the true Supreme Judge.  He continues to rule with grace and love.  He is the same God who directed those early settlers and He will continue to direct us in this new facet of the vast unknown.

Consider the prophet’s words – Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear for I am with you.  Do not look anxiously about for I am your God.  I will strengthen you, I surely will help you, surely I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

He will neither fail nor forsake His People.
